At Yulimade, every piece is crafted with care and intention — and we want you to feel the same joy wearing it as we do creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that some items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Limited editions or unique pieces
- Customized or personalized jewelry (excluding custom-sized pieces)
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Purchases made with store credit
- Any piece that has already been resized or exchanged
Once a piece has been resized or exchanged, it becomes final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged again.
Shipping Details
Return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We’re unable to refund or replace items that are lost or damaged during return shipping, so please package your item securely and consider adding tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
International Orders
Import taxes and duties paid to your local customs authority are non-refundable. You may contact your customs office directly to ask about a possible refund — this depends on your country’s specific regulations.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at customerservice@yulimade.com. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with easy next steps. Please make sure your return is securely packaged in a sturdy box to protect your jewelry during transit. Returns sent in envelopes or with inadequate packaging that results in damage won’t be eligible for a refund.
We kindly reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
